Cameron Jones

Managing Director

Cameron is the Founding and Managing Director of Bio101. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Cameron acts as CFO and Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed healthcare companies and Venture Capital investee companies. Cameron has assisted clients in the IPO process and acts as Australian Resident Director for various subsidiaries of foreign companies. Cameron is also a Director and Treasurer of registered charities Cystic Fibrosis Community Care Ltd and BioAutism Ltd.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, majoring in Accounting, a Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional, registered tax agent and a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia.

Hamish George

Director

Hamish is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in providing financial advice, company secretarial and CFO services to life science businesses ranging from ASX listed entities to Not-for-Profit organisations. Hamish is CFO and Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed companies and is CFO and Company Secretary for MTPConnect, Australia’s Growth Centre for the medical technologies, biotechnologies and pharmaceuticals sector. Hamish holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional, a Masters Degree in Professional Accounting from RMIT and a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia.

Tim Luscombe

Tim Luscombe

Director

Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant who brings professional skills gained in both public practice accounting and the corporate sector. After 4 years in a mid-tier accounting practice, in 2018 Tim decided to broaden his skill base and to enjoy some travel by relocating to London where he worked within the finance teams of various large companies most notably The Football Association (The FA). Returning in 2020 and joining the Bio101 team as an Outsourced CFO, Tim provides strategic advice to management and boards on financial reporting, cash forecasting, direct and indirect taxes, governance and management matters.

Tim has more than 30 years’ experience in leading and managing in professional service environments, including as Managing Partner Operations, Oceania at EY. He has expertise in global and national transformation and change, developing new service offerings and growth strategies for business operations, risk management and governance best practice, and driving sound financial outcomes. Tim holds several non-executive board positions with Western Sydney Airport, The Red Fox Group, Racing Victoria Ltd, Magenta Linas Pty Ltd, and Rennie Advisory.
